No tour script, no sales pitch. Pick a weekday morning or a Saturday afternoon, call first so I know to expect you, and drop by. I'll walk you through the house, sit with you in the kitchen over coffee, and answer everything you ask. Plan on about an hour. Longer if you want to stay for lunch.

When to come.

Visits for prospective families work best on weekdays between nine and three. We schedule one visitor at a time so I can actually sit with you, not run tours back-to-back.

Weekends and evenings are fine too — just text or call ahead so I know to expect you. Family of current residents come whenever they like.

What living here costs.

That covers a private room and bathroom, three meals a day cooked here, daily personal care, medication management, weekly laundry, transportation to medical appointments, and a nurse on duty overnight. No upgrades, no à la carte add-ons, no surprise charges. What I quote is what you pay.

If you can't come in person.

Most families start with a phone call. I'm happy to spend half an hour on the phone walking through what you're looking for — whether this home is a good fit, what to ask the other places on your list, what to watch for. No obligation.

If we're not the right fit — too small for the level of need, wrong location for the family, anything — I'll tell you who else in the area to call, including the larger communities I've referred families to over the years. I'd rather you find the right place than just the closest one.
